Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

VTM Kids Fashion ships to Australia ONLY and sends all orders by standard shipping for a flat rate of AUD$10 or Express shipping of AUD$15. Free standard shipping for orders over AUD$150. This applies to all Australian customers.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday EST on in-stock items will be shipped the same day. The delivery will be the next working day for most areas, with more remote areas taking a bit longer. 

Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be shipped on the next business day. If a product happens to be unavailable at the time of your online purchase, we will contact you via email to notify you of its expected date. You, the customer, reserve the right to omit that product from your total order. If you choose to remove the unavailable item, VTM Kids Fashion will credit your method of payment for the purchase value of that item. 

Returns:

We don't accept change of mind exchange or return, unless there is a quality problem of the goods. For change of sizes, the buyers have to pay for the shipping fees for returning and receiving the exchanged goods. All returns must be authorised within 7 days after you receiving your order. We will exchange or refund your item provided the item and packaging are in original condition, unused, unworn and with original tags attached. SALE ITEMS EXCLUDED. All sale items are final sale and CANNOT be returned or refunded.
